Service Package: Ethnic Media Monitoring

eTranslate’s Ethnic Media Monitoring Service delivers a comprehensive coverage of all ethnic radio, tv and press media, collate news clippings, conduct analysis to obtain an insight and report on the views within each community group.

The service is tailored towards your media monitoring needs. You get to set a range of parameters that determine the targeted monitoring, accurate analysis and useful reporting. These includes

Media Sources (i.e.press, radio, tv, Internet)
Types of Coverage (i.e. editorials)
Period of monitoring and
Frequency of reporting

Features

Provision of an online access to our Ethnic Media Portal where you can submit your requests. You determine the nature of the monitoring activities by setting the parameters in the Customer Services Panel.
Daily monitoring and extracting of news clippings
Translation of a 50 words summary of each newspaper article (if you require full translation, there is a option to take out a full translation of the article)
Provide online access to the newspaper clippings via our secure Ethnic Media Portal
Monthly Reporting (or weekly or fortnightly). Email notification when reports are delivered. Reports can be access via the Ethnic Media Portal
Customer Support via phone or email
Optional - you can issue media release to selected media sources through the Ethnic Media Portal

Cost Structure

The cost each monitoring request depends on parameter set for each monitoring request.
Basic Cost Items:

Service Setup Fee:

from $1,500 per language per annum (this is fixed irrespective of how many topics/issues you wish to monitor. The Setup cost depends on the language chosen. The fee is higher there are a large number of publication for a particular language.

Cost per clipping:

$20 (which includes 50 words summary into English)

Reporting Cost:

$150 per report (x 12 for period of monitoring)
